This game is brilliant. If you're looking for a serious tennis game it won't be for you though, the overall look is very cartoony. The gameplay is really good and the two player option a lot of fun. There is lots to do with a kind of career mode were you take your character up the ranks by winning street tournaments and grands slams, both singles and doubles and in winning these you're awarded with new racquets and items. Overall a really fun game which will keep you playing for ages, a kin to other games with gameplay the main element such as sensible soccer.
Although you can choose to be a number of different players from the start, it is not a satisfactorary game. The graphics of the people are too cartoon like. There is a technique to getting the ball back , partly because you have to time the shot too early. Being a very keen tennis player this feels wrong. I am disappointed that if you miss the ball on your first serve they count it as a fault which is not the correct tennis rules. I have other tennis games which are more satisfactorary to play. However you can play multitap but none of my tennis friends enjoy playing it with me. I find this a frustrating play . After ten minutes you will want to quit. Not good value.
