This event had it all, from a tremendous Two out of Three falls match, to a all-but naked Sable, to a fight in a Dungeon to an exciting tag team match between the four hottest superstars in the WWF.
The matches looked fairly good on paper, and really came into their own, helping this event to be one of the most popular of the year (1998). In a time when the WWF's popularity was sky high, this event boosted it even further.
All the matches are hugely entertaining. Excellent show. Worth buying, and watching over and over again.

This tape's pretty good; the main event pitting Stone Cold and the Undertaker against Kane and Mankind isn't bad, but it is quite boring. as for the rest of the tape. In the Bikini Contest, although Sable's bikini is 'hand painted', Jacquelyn accidently shows more than she was supposed to... Then there's the best two-out-of-three falls match for the Intercontinetal Championship, pitting The Rock against old enemy Triple H. It's funny to hear the crowd boo Rocky and cheer Hunter. Can HHH win the belt with a 30 minute time limit, though? Also on the card, the late Owen Hart battles Ken Shamrock with Dan Severn as the referee in a strange match, X-Pac and D'Lo Brown have a great European Championship match, but the rest is forgettable garbage. All in all, this tapes is worth buying.

WWF Fully Loaded 98 is one of the best wrestling pay-per-views ever, and that's not just due to the "skin to win" bikini contest between Jaquelyn and Sable. There is some fine wrestling action as well, especially from Triple H and The Rock. These two superstars deliver the best match of the show, an intense and exciting 30 minute 2 out of 3 Falls Match for the Intercontinental Title. Another fine match is X-Pac vs D'lo Brown, which unfortunately is a non-title affair (D'lo refuses to put his Euro belt on the line).
The tag-team main event between Stone Cold, Undertaker, Kane and Mankind is a bit of a let-down, but the bikini contest certainly isn't. Jaquelyn's thong-backed "strap" attire is put to shame by Sable's painted-on (but only just) bikini "top", although Jaquelyn gets almost as many eye-brows raised when she slips out of her outfit (some brief nudity!)
Unfortunately, there are some bad matches that tarnish the show as a whole. DOA vs LOD is a complete bore, and the "Dungeon" Match between Owen Hart and Ken Shamrock is just silly. However, no WWF fan should be without with this great event. Get It!

This PPV isn't brilliant. The two outstanding matches are The Rock vs HHH in the best two out of three falls match and The Undertaker & Stone Cold Steve Austin becoming the Tag Champs in their match. The other matches on the card are all right but the Bikini Contest Is Brilliant. A little slip from Jacky adds to more viewing plesure. Sable looks outstanding yet again. This PPV is well worth a look, but only have it in your collection if you are sure.

OK maybe 5 stars is a bit generous but all in all this is a great event. Although some of the matches or a bit of a bore: for example- D'lo Brown vs. X-Pac Mark Henry vs. Vader However the best matches totally outweighed the bad, with Austin and 'Taker winning the tag titles and Triple H and The Rock going one on one in a 2/3 falls match-up.
