I love this video! It may be over 10 years old but it is still challanging and fun. I have many Kathy Smith videos, but this is one of my favourites. Kathy combines dance moves with aerobic exercise to produce a fun choreography. There are also toning elements for the upper and lower body, finishing with a cool down. The music is good, and the costume change throughout the segments is refreshing. A must have if you enjoy dance aerobics!

This is a fun and engaging workout video. The ever-lithe Kathy Smith also introduces her 'Power Foods' concept here with typical American gusto. But that aside, the aerobics routines have plenty of variety and are easy to master (even for the uncoordinated!). There's also a section using weights and a thorough cool down.
A good investment even though the recommended 3-4 uses a week seems a bit ambitious to me! But as Kathy says, doing the workout just once is 100% better than not doing it at all!
