with the success of artists like shania twain who have been popping up the country a little , it's refreshing to hear country being played more.this album is absoultly fantasic a must for any true country fan my personal favourite is the title track i,m diggin it ,on whole i feel the whole album is underrated. if you like mindy mccready or trisha yearwood then you will definately love this. i think she has a great voice with a great vocal range . it's the best album i've purchased so far this year.

I agree with the guy from Stevenage -- this is great, catchy melodic rock with plenty of country beats and pop sensibilities. My fave track is number nine "You wanna what?" that just rocks from the word go! Buy it -- if you love new country you will love this CD!

Alecia Elliott's voice has definite similarities to Tanya Tucker but that's where it ends I'm afraid, this is just watered down pop/country. The best tracks on the album are the titular ''I'm diggin' it' and her hit 'You wanna what' but even they just lack any oomph. I could picture her singing live in front of a good band laying down some driving country rock and she would be great but in the studio being produced by someone with an eye on the cross-over market she's tame and lame.
