This was a real bargain at 1p plus £1.26p Postage. The cover doesn't show its not just their Greatest Moments but has a second live cd called VH1 Storytellers from 1998 I think. Anyway there aren't many non Bootleg live Culture Club cds about that I have found, and this same item is also for sale from other sellers on Amazon for about a fiver plus postage second hand as my purchase was.

I like the concert and his voice is just fine, not top notch but still good in my view. There is some chat between tracks.

"Greatest Moments" includes an impressive and enjoyable run through of Culture Club and Boy George's greatest hits, including their reunion hit "I Just Wanna Be Loved" but alas excluding "The War Song", "The Medal Song", "Mistake Number 3" and "God Thank You Woman", and all but two of Boy George's solo hits. We also get the "At Best ... the Worst of .." version of "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me" with Quentin Crisp speaking at the begining. I would also have preferred the original mix of "Generations of Love" instead of the dance version here, which includes some extra lyrics. These complaints aside, this album is great to listen to and is very similar to the first Culture Club greatest hits "This Time".

However, the real meat is the second CD, which is a live recording of Culture Club's first reunion gig, complete with all of Boy George's live patter between songs and their first live performance of the new material from the reunion album "Don't Mind if I Do".

Not a definitive Greatest Hits of Culture Club or Boy George, but well worth getting.

"Greatest Moments" was the reunion album for the legendary eighties band Culture Club. This is a greatest hits album which also features some new tracks. Everybody was expecting the new tracks to have a real dance based sound to them given the fact that Boy George is now one of the world's biggest DJ's, however the new tracks have a mellower reggae based feel to them as is highlighted by the track "Just Wanna Be Loved". The rest of the album includes some of the best pop moments of the eighties, which really have a dance feel to them such as on the tracks "Church Of The Poison Mind", "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me", "It's a Miracle", "Karma Chameleon" and "I'll Tumble 4 Ya". Overall it's a great album and is a collection of some of the greatest moments of all time.
