Early Indigenous C/D underlining their undoubted talent plus almost homage like nod to the guitar playing of the late great Stevie Ray Vaughan. I have a couple of their later C/Ds which really show off Mato Nanji's exceptional guitar playing more so than in this C/D. but this not to say that this is not an enjoyable addition to the C/D;s I already have. by the band being native Red Indians; I don't feel that there talent is appreciated in the British Blues Scene. If you have not heard of them you could do no worse than give them a listen
Indigenous are blessed with having the greatest guitarist of our time! Mato Nanji's playing is on a par with the likes of Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The title track is a masterpiece of subtle yet stunning guitar play. I truly cannot understand why this band has not hit the big time yet!
This fairly new band has come out with a few albums by now. This album is one of the best blues albums I've listened to. The band is all family and proud indians. It's just in there, listen and enjoy over and over again. It's simply one of these albums that just get better and better.
