On this compilation, we get 31 of their best tracks plus 2 Bonus songs. Most of these songs are their greatest hits and the others are just wonderful songs. What they did was take all the albums from 1979 up to 1993 and take the best tracks off them and put them all together on this compilation. If you heard a Scorpions song and Liked it, chances are it's on here. This compilation features the best songs like "Rock you like a hurricane", "The Zoo", "Wind of change", "Rhythm of Love" and more. This compilation is in my opinion the best Scorpions Compilation there is, if you only buy one of them, I strongly recommend this one.

In 1989 Mercury Records in America and Harvest/EMI in Europe published the 1st official compilation of Scorpions: "Best Of Rockers 'N' Ballads". However this one was incomplete as it didn't include the hits of the 90s. Probably this premature best-of was released because the contract of the european label with the group would expire soon.
In 1997 Mercury decided to publish another greatest hits of the band in the United States: "Deadly Sting: The Mercury Years". This new compilation is much better than the previous one, as it includes all their world wide hits of the 80s and 90s: "No One Like You", "Rock You Like A Hurricane", "Still Loving You", "Wind Of Change" and "Send Me An Angel".
Every song included in this two-disc compilation are pretty good, although there are some tracks that surprised me: "Holiday", "Under The Same Sun", "Woman" and the two previously unreleased. Besides, the tracklist are ordered chronologically.
The booklet is impressive. This includes a lot of full-colour photos of the band, interesting liner-notes explaining their history, detailed discography, album credits, etc.
My only little complaint about this compilation is the low sound. And perhaps a single-disc compilation would have been more accepted. Otherwise, I think this is the best compilation of Scorpions you can buy.
