Excellent album , got extra songs on the cd that were not on the album, it's a slice of American rocknroll,,
Loads of guests on it, Phil lynott, Pete Perret and Mike kellie from the only ones, kellie also spooky tooth, Steve Jones, Paul cook , sexpistols, Paul gray and Steve nicoll of Eddie and the hot rods, some very goods tracks like you can't put your arms around a memory , ask me no questions, ,but all tracks are good and definitely worth getting

I had already heard LAMF by the Heartbreakers, but chanced on this album after one of the tracks (You cant put your arms around a memory) was used on the end credits of a Soprano's episode. This album is one of the loosest, coolest, sounding rock n' roll records I've ever had the sheer joy to listen to. Thunders often gets tagged with the 'Punk' tag, but his playing/singing shakes off any era or style label's, this guy was an original, and this album has everything, ballad's, rockers, blues, pop. And any album that has guest players like Phil Lynott, Steve Marriot, and Paul Cook and Steve Jones of the Pistols, is worth any card-carrying music fans hard earned cash.

Really the only thunders cd needed. Solo that is. Found allbthe rest too varied in quality. But this is spot on. Mind you the rest of the musicians help. They are of course all superb

Thunders usually gets tagged with 'Punk' but his pop sensibilities and 'just right' guitar work shake off any era or style; it’s just Rock n Roll. With special guests on the album including Paul Cook and Steve Jones, Phil Lynott, Peter Perret and Mike Kellie (The Only Ones), Paul Gray and Steve Nicol (Eddie & The Hot Rods) and Steve Marriott, you really can't go wrong!

Great great album for anyone wondering what the fuss was about. Had it on vinyl and now replaced with CD. Great cover featuring Johnny doing his best Keith Richards elegantly wasted impression. Every track a gem with a great line up of backing musicians. R.I.P.

Fantastic album, probably Johnny's best ever. Aided and abetted by a stellar supporting cast. Do yourself a favour, and get this. You won't regret it :-)

If your album collection is missing this, then it is missing one of the greatest albums ever made! With special guests on the album including: Paul Cook and Steve Jones (Sex Pistols), Phil Lynott (Thin Lizzy), Peter Perret and Mike Kellie (The Only Ones), Paul Gray and Steve Nicol (Eddie & The Hot Rods) and Steve Marriott (Small Faces), you really can't go wrong!

From a performer often castigated as an underachiever, this record is a hell of an achievement! From start to finish, Thunders' superb pop sensibility and 'just right' guitar work is in evidence.

London Boys manages that rare feat: an 'answer' song beating the original (Sex Pistol's 'New York'), Subway Train is just as good to hear yet again in this version, Pipeline makes a good entry piece and just about every other piece makes a damn' solid contribution to a CD I'd not be without.
