At last, Jarvis Cocker hit the heights with this marvellous collection of witty and acerbic observations on life, often inspired by his experiences in suburban Sheffield. Lyrically, this is superbly crafted and musically, it is catchy and dazzling in equal measure. The singles, including 'Common People', 'Disco 2000', 'Something Changed' and 'Mis-Shapes' are superb whilst the likes of 'Underwear' and 'F.E.E.L.I.N.G.C.A.L.L.E.D.L.O.V.E' are works of genius. If you haven't got this album, nearly 20 years on from its release, then treat yourself and I think you'll love it.

Incredible classic album, i love every track on this.

the record pressing is good and heavy weight, it sounds excellent, and the sleeve is well thought out and of a good quality.
