As the title suggests, this is a book of photos all taken from the air. As such it will provide a range of different and amazing perspectives on both animals and landscapes.
All the views that you might have had about Africa go out of the window when you look through this book. Aside from the absolutely stunning and magnificent photography - a herd of giraffe runnning through water to pods of hippo basking on sandbanks - this book provides photos of Africa and its wildlife the like of which you probably won't have seen before.
If I was to have a criticsm of the book, it is of the shape and format. Whilst the squat, lanscape format suits many of the photos, at 600+ pages, it becomes slightly cumbersome and the spine flexes a little too much. But as a say, that's a minor critiscm of an superbly produced book.
