I purchased the digital version of this book, which has been surprisingly easy to read and flip to and fro. I found some of the ingredients "obvious", as you would any "ingredient book", but I liked the fact that it was all well contained in an organised way, which made it perfect for dipping in and out again and again.

Eewei as distilled some great advice in here for companies looking to improve their products through design.

Using the metaphor of recipes, and ingredients Eewei outlines recipes for things like
- evolving designs,
- how to make it easy for customer
- increasing happiness
- improving vs differentiating

While not ignoring the importance of marketing, public relations, and 3rd party relationships.

Well researched and breaming with original ideas, this insightful book illustrates what it takes to make the most of your brand. Devoid of cliches and the tired metaphors that some other books in this genre recycle, Eewei will get you thinking and hopefully looking at the world in a new way. Easy to read and digest, this book is a must-read for all aspiring designers and project managers.

Easy Reading and full of facts. Found this book very interesting as work in a company that lacks management.
although this book is aimed at Tech problems, this also outlines many problems based on other forms of business and solutions
to these problems.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Read and I hope Mr Eewei Chen will come out with a sequel.
