THE bible for how to make your body work like it should/could

If you want to become a better athlete, or if you just want to be able to bend down to tie your shoelaces when you're 80, make this book your bible.
Not exactly a breezy read, but there's so much content and advice on mobility, strength, fixing weaknesses & staying pain free there can't be many scenarios it doesn't cover.
