Maybe not quite as strong as the superb issue 3, but this is still my all-time favourite magazine title. This issue is worth buying just for Wylie Dufresne's kombu burger recipe. Very very cool.

Another interesting edition in this fantastic series of food magazines. Insightful articles and some good photos and artwork

The people that are involved in this are very good but maybe they should stick to cooking and leave writting to others. This was very disappointing in terms of content and not worth the money

The designer of this magazine must be on something. Dreadful design, confused and poor writing does not make this a long term proposition. I'll give it another year at most
