A real asset for anyone in or contemplating going into Sales & Operations. Makes simple suggestions that people seem to go out their way to make complicated. A Brilliant reference book as well.

This book is written as a story, which makes it very easy to read and involves characters we can all recognise in the workplace. As a result it has a light hearted poke at the usual characters within an organisation, and the usual relationship issues between sales and operations functions. I used this book to alter peoples perception about sales operations planning, ensureing that the two way nature of the process is fully recognised and understood.

It is a little 'American', but once you get over that part it is brilliant.
