I was sent a pre-publication copy of this book by the author as I had been involved in his project for several years. Professor Cambier has received much opposition from those he calls Nostaddicts for many have believed in Nostradamus’ publications as real predictions. Professor Cambier shows in this fascinating book that Nostradamus is not the author of the quatrains called the Centuries, neither had he any idea of what they were about! Professor Cambier is a linguistic scholar with knowledge of ancient languages including Picard. He discovered that the verses or quatrains had hidden meanings and could be interpreted at at least three different levels.
The Centuries, written by a Cistercian Monk in the 14th century (200 years before Nostradamus’ time) tell the story of the journey taken by Templars who hid the treasures of the Temple before the onslaught of Philip the Fair in 1307. This legacy has never been found but Rudy has discovered its whereabouts from the poem.
It is a fascinating book, one that breaks a tradition that is proved to be false. It tells a most unlikely story which could only be true because of its improbability!!! It is a MUST READ for anyone interested in Templar history. Nostraddicts won’t like it, but then no-one likes their beliefs to be shattered.
