What an INSPIRING book. The content is real, the workouts are easy to follow and I am aching from trying a few already!. I have purchased the ingredients and made one of the recipes today. It was really straight forward and I can’t wait to try it tonight. A definite read and worth every penny.
Wow finally a book that I can relate to. It written so well and I love the idea of training with a buddy. I need all the motivation I can get. I especially liked all the positive thoughts and the way the writer encourages you to want to make a difference to your outlook. The recipes all look so easy and very appetising I am starting the training and the new food ideas the minute this year is over. Thank you Toni for bringing a book that I can truly aspire to. Here’s to a new me in 2018.
I wish every book is so easy to read and follow! The illustrations are great, demonstrating each exercise clearly. It’s a well made book and well thought of. I LOVE the recipes and I have already tried quite a few and incorporated them into our family weekly menu. My new favourite dish now is chicken curry! I love the fact that it is a lifestyle book and not a diet book which physiologically predisposes you to a feeling a depravation.

This book is a breath of fresh air, finally a book me, my family & friends can all enjoy and benefit from. I can’t wait to try the recipes, I’ve flicked through and there are so many delicious ones to try and they look so simple to cook! I might even have all my friends round for a workout and some food afterwards. It’s got me really excited for my healthy new start in 2018! I highly recommend!
Absolutely love this book, recipes are amazing I have already cooked a few and they are delicious! And the workouts have really made me think about planning my week rather than just turning up to the gym and making it up as I go along, it has helped me to put some structure into my fitness regime.
