There are so many diets out there, but one thing is really moving in Norway and Sweden: LCHF - Low Carb High Fat, known in the UK as "The Scandinavian diet". I have always been a little overweight, but generally in good health. After switching to the Scandinavian diet, where carbs mainly are replaced with natural fat, I discovered a lot more energy in the work place and I never had any more cravings for sweet stuff.

Dr Hexeberg is the Norwegian expert on the Scandinavian diet, and in this groundbreaking book she shows how you do it, referring to patients she's been treating with this diet.

The diet? Easy - eat 2-3 meals a day, lot's of green vegetables and meat of your choice with some fat atted. Real butter, no light products - real food to put it easy.

This book should be read by physicians and all people who want to improve their health. There's one incredible story about "Solveig" who lost, strictly using The Scandinavian diet, 41 stone 10 (256 kg).

This book is truly an eye-opener. Highly recommended.
