I was disappointed with the guide to Italian campsites, as I was expecting it to be the Italian equivalent of the Michelin book for France, which covers the whole of France and grades the sites. It may be that Italy doesn't have that many campsites. But certainly having received the book - there were no suggestions for the area we wanted. It was nicely published though and may come in useful in future years.
An excellent guide to campsites in Italy. Would buy again, highly recommended. As a retired campsite inspector myself ( not Alan Rogers ) the benefits of using a a trusted guide cannot be ignored. A holiday can be ruined through a poor choice of campsite and can waste your money. Invest in a good guide and have great time at least knowing what to expect. Happy holidays.
