This is simply a book of stunning quality artwork. After a few pages of intro this is a sampler of many artists digital fantasy work.
Each with a brief note about thier objectives and thinking for the piece. The artists are of both sexes, but the subject matter is 99% female. The people who enjoy "erotic" art, must like it this way. It could be artists don't like the male body in thier images, who knows?

It is also not "at the extremes of imagination" by a long way but maybe that is best. What it is, is a fabulous collection of skillfully produced digital images. A joy and inspiration to browse again and again for any digital art lover.

The only complaint that I have about this book is that it doesn't warrant the title "Erotic", unless of course page 3 of The Sun floats your biscuit. Aside from that minor gripe, it is a fantastic collection of studies of the female form in various fantastic situations. I'm something of an art fascist, I like a picture to tell a story, but, whilst about half the pics are simple poses, I found the quality of the work stupendous! Look out especially for Mark Harrisons genuinely erotic work, and the hilarious "B" movie style poster "Planetnapped".
