I was recently on a Team Building course and noticed this book as part of the course lecturers 'library' that he had to share with us. I begain looking at the ideas and short quick techniques to get the team to communicate and more to a team that is working well together and functioning as a well oiled unit - with happy people!

I would recommend this little book in it's explanation of the techniques, and its a great size to pop in your desk draw and pull out everytime you need to work through the next hurdle.

If you’re a training consultant of a team-building sort, you’ll find this book to be packed with a distilled no-nonsense version of the kind of ideas you may have been looking for in far more expensive manuals. If you’re a busy manager searching for quick ideas to address team-working issues, get teams to self assess capability and build on the strengths that are getting the results you want; similarly - look no further. And hey, with the money you save on expensive manuals and training consultants you could reward your team with a slap-up meal!
