This was a good read but by the end I had had enough. There should have been more about Screw; there should have been more pictures of Screw's pages and far less of Goldstein. Too many Screw pix were of the covers; the author tells us what was inside when he should have shown us. The book made me conclude that Goldstein was not a crusader or visionary but a guy who got lucky with the one good idea that he had - and then used it to be annoying. The two lawsuits he lost against staff that he sacked said more about him than his crusading for freedom of expression.
