Be aware that this version of Pennant's text has been printed from unedited OCR (apparently of the first edition). The early date of the original text means that the character recognition is not good: there are very many junk characters, and numerous run-on words (even in explanatory sections of modern text). If you are seeking a readable and/or quotable version of the text, I cannot recommend this edition. It may have some interest for readers prepared to discount the alphabetic errors, as an unedited presentation of the first edition?

I bought this book, but had to return it as virtually unusable. Not only was the quality of the OCR very poor (numerous spelling mistakes, etc., but the font used completely disregarded that used in the original book. Finally, none of the illustrations were present, reducing the book to a mere list of words.
Overall, very disappointing.
