Having been waiting for a new copy of this publication for nine months, I eventually gave up waiting and ordered a secondhand copy. I presume therefore that a reprint or revision is in course of preparation. My secondhand copy was in excellent condition and sold at a good price, but I do not yet know how up-to-date the information in it is.
