This book does more to help organisations understand the value of knowledge sharing and understanding than any other text book I've read.
Although obviously an academic text, it is broken down into easily understandable sections which are "illustrated" by case studies.
The vital section of this book is the final chapter where the authors pull everything together.
Jane and Christine obviously share a passion for helping organisations understand exactly how valuable knowledge creation is in today's turbulent economic environment.
This is a must read for all commercial managers who respect the value of knowledge.
Thank you both

This is an excellent KM book. A well written, well structured book with excellent coverage of KM principles theory, implementation problems and more.

A recommended book for academics and professionals looking to build on understanding, nurture a knowledge driven organisational culture and looking to gain some helpful insights into known issues and approaches to aid.

Looking for a KM book practitioner / intellectual basis? then buy this one.
