I've had a copy of this book for several years, and have just bought another as a gift. The recipes are restaurant quality, something special and different, but easy to prepare, and many are able to be prepared in advance. Very well indexed, so its easy to find a recipe according to what you have in. The chapters are unusually divided by the main spice/flavour present, so a whole new way of looking at a dish, and some wonderful anecdotes along the way of the chef's travel experiences in discovering these flavours. Inspirational, love it.
