Impressions and recipes. "The recipes are not always completely authentic. They've been altered slightly to reflect my memory of how a particular gazpacho or paella tasted, or equally how something that was overcooked, stale or badly prepared could have tasted if they'd tried harder".
I love his take on traditional Andalucian gazpacho with roasted red peppers and plenty of olive oil.
Recommended to lovers of Spain, Spanish cookery - and seafood.
