I made the chocolate fudge cake with honeycomb for a birthday party and it was a wow.
What I love about this book is that it is so reliable.
I've bought so many baking books where the baking times, ingredient amounts and instructions are not accurate.
It's lovely to be able to trust a book and everything is melt in the mouth delicious.

My wife discovered a significant error in the recipe for Rosewater, Pistachio and Grapefruit Cake on page 130. The amount of bicarbonate of soda should be one teaspoon, NOT ONE TABLESPOON. The ingredients for this particular cake are quite expensive and following the printed recipe resulted in an inedible confection.
