Published in 2009 so still reasonably current. A lot of material for someone relatively new to hockey who wants to improve their game technically. Also worth a read for someone who has been playing for a number of years, but needs to brush up on aspects of their game. As someone introduced to hockey when it was still played on grass, there are things like the slap pass, low lifting of the ball when dribbling or reverse stick shooting which I don't use enough. The book describes how to execute these techniques properly giving me the self-confidence to use them more.
