Good Book For A Good Chef

There are some interesting recipes in this book however you might find that some of the equipment/ingredients won't be in your kitchen.
My partner, who is a much better cook than I, said that she would have to think twice about attempting some of the recipes. I feel that this book is more suited for the chef who is confident with new recipes.
The book is well illustrated.
I do think, though, that the recipes in this book wouldn't be for your normal dinner during the week. More like for a "special" meal or "fine dining".
