Becoming a lion is part diary, part bio. He takes you into his feelings and his feeling towards other players. He really strruggles with his decision to go to France because of his ties with his club. Great read not just for rugby fans

A very honest read and look from a Lion & Irish rugby Player.
Light and entertaining read.

Interesting to receive perspective on the IRFU debacle. But would rather have had an insight into career as a whole rather than just a year into the life. Sexton comes across as expected though level headed down to earth honest.

Rolls along nicely and is an easy read. Tells the sporting side of Johnny's rugby trial and tribulations simply and honestly. No great in depth sight into his personal or family life which was a pity .

God, he can be boring at times, and his moaning about the IRFU and his contract can come across as bitter, but interesting non-the-less
