The author, Peter Gordon, runs a successful Fusion restaurant in London, and has another in his native New Zealand. This is a beautifully illustrated book with about 70 easy to follow recipes, for soups, stews, main courses, pickles and relishes etc, with characteristically imaginative blends of veg, both humble and exotic. The detailed index is where I start, for a main dish or more likely an accompaniment to fish or meat. Recommended for the adventurous cook.

A really useful book which gives lots of ideas as to how to incorporate new ideas into meals and is especially helpful for feeding vegetarians.

I have been caused to revise my opinions of Vegetables and of Vegetarian Cookery this is due to having read a good review of this product elsewhere.
It is a well presented book.
