I am a teacher and we used these papers to prepare the children for the real thing. The pack contains an answer book and three Level 3 papers. The papers are black and white and are set out exactly like the real SATs tests so they give your child a good experience of how the questions are set out. The questions themselves come up slightly harder than the real thing so don't be too daunted. Remember level three is really for the more able and top end of year 2. I would not buy these papers if my child was not totally secure at level 2 and even then they need lots of support when sitting a level 3 test.
This is a no-frills pack of practice papers; simply packaged in a brown, paper envelope. However, it is good value for money and contains all you need to give your child excellent practice in the Level 3 maths SAT paper. There are three Practice Papers, plus an answer book. This contains useful information, such as the Oral questions for each paper, how to work out the level your child has achieved and comprehensive answers to the questions. They are set out exactly how the papers will be if your child does take the Level 3 paper, so will enable your child to know what to expect and what kind of questions will arise. This is an excellent resource for parents and children.
