I'm an Aliens and Predator fan but know nothing about Witchblade and the Darkness, which may be the reason that I kept feeling that there were pages missing from this book. How does Witchblade know so much about the aliens and the predators if (as the back cover says) this is their first meeting? Why does she act like she knows the female predator personally? The story hops about like a rabbit on steroids and it's very hard to keep up. Both the Aliens and the Predator are underused and lack their characteristic sinister nature. I was also disappointed by the Alien/Darkness hybrid vs the witchblade/predator scene. It's not all bad though, the art is dazzling and the sexual tension and rivalry between Sara and Jackie makes for an interesting feature. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good and, for a four-way crossover free-for-all, this graphic novel is a bit disappointing.
