Useful for anyone who has experienced baby loss

After following Elle on social media I couldn’t wait to read this book and pre-ordered. To begin with it starts well, but as others have mentioned it gets slightly repetitive. Some sections I felt were just really glazed over and i had to read again to make sure I hadn’t missed more?? I also felt that there was nothing “new” in the book that wasn’t in Elle’s social media content. I have to agree with others with the harsh tone of her perspective of people being sympathetic after the death of Teddy. I have to say as someone who has been in that position I have never offered support, condolences or friendship just to make myself feel better or consolidate the “shit barometer”. It has always come from a genuine concern for that person and how I can help. Also slightly confusing when she has had such massive support from people she hasn’t even met through fundraising, but talks negatively about people who she hasn’t heard from in ages wanting to help or offer support? I’m sure this book will be really useful for those who have not followed on social media, but I didn’t find anything that wasn’t already there.
