I'm a big fan of the Bill Nighy 'Charles Paris mysteries,' but this one left me rather cold. Firstly the plot seemed too close to previous entries in the series. Secondly is it just me or are other fans getting annoyed that nothing ever seems to quite work out for Charles?
It is still wonderfully acted and funny in the right places, it is just the feeling that you've heard it before. Then again how many 'Murder She Wrote' episodes were there.
My final niggle was a technical one. I purchased this with an Audible credit and yet I cannot get it added to the library on my iPhone try as I might. So come on Audible customer service let me know what I've done wrong.
