Essential modern Moroccan with classical roots

This is a beautiful book with clear recipes and gorgeous photography. I have quite a few Moroccan/North African cook books and this will become a favourite. There are seven sections: starters to share, vegetarian dishes, meat, poultry, seafood, breads and sweets. It includes classics you'd expect, traditional recipes from some of Nargisse's family and also modern takes on the style of cuisine which are bright and fresh.
The recipes are clearly written and easy to follow and the preambles give serving suggestions and some lovely insights into family life and food.
Every Moroccan food fan should have a copy of this to cherish.
