Anyone that is interested in the future of food, restaurants and generally has a conscious of where we are heading as a society and what could be done better, more green and efficient and moreover ethical. Mr McMaster takes inspiration from some of the people (chefs) that influence me personally (for example Dan Barber) and therefore I can identify myself with his book even more. I care for the future me and future of food an sustainability and I highly recommend to anyone that owns and want to own a restaurant to read this and get inspired by it!
