The main information is contained in the DVD rather than the book but Michael Freeman is a very watchable presenter who clearly knows his stuff. My only criticism is that the short chapters are stand alone videos meaning that you have to sit through the opening and closing credits each and every time and on the shorter clips they can be longer than the actual content. But overall the information is clear and very useful for a beginner.
For what it is, it is excellent. It's not an advanced course in any way, but it is interesting to have someone TELL you something, as apposed to reading it. It is a great supplement to his various books and guides... I liked it
