Best practical guide to negotiation

An enjoyable read and full of really practical tips that you can start using straight away. Simon has a really engaging style and runs the whole gamut of advice from preparation and positioning to creating genuinely win-win outcomes. He gives masses of really good real world examples of where negotiations worked, or failed, and this helps to embed the learning.
I particularly liked his attention to the research on influencing and personal presence. There is plenty here that will support you whether you are just starting in negotiation or whether you are something of a seasoned pro. I have read many books on negotiation and I found this one to be absolutely up to date, fresh and insightful. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
