It's OK, depending on what you're looking for...

This book, unfortunately, falls foul of a flaw that I associate with many PVG publications - poor arrangements. To give credit, the melody lines are accurately transcribed and if you are a fluent reader of chords you can make up a better accompaniment as the piano parts given are frequently poorly written. As is often the case, the piano parts attempt to incorporate both the melody line and accompaniment...if this is what you are looking for, then fantastic...unfortunately, in my opinion, this often results in an unpianistic mess; clearly little (musical) thought has gone into the creation of these. I would therefore take into consideration these points before buying this book - it is usable, but will frequently require some adaption by the player if you want a satisfying accompaniment for a singer to perform with.
