I bought it after I saw some enthusiastic comments about it by a friend on Facebook and I have to say she was not exaggerating. Recipes are mouthwatering and easy to follow and the text provides very interesting background information.
A truly excellent book. There are some really delightful ice creams, sorbets and bombes in here, many with ingredients you would never associate with ice cream, or any dessert come to that. Orange and candied peel ice cream, mmmm!
