There's little genius to putting food in a glass, yet the results can be pretty enough to be indulged, and changing the form of eating can change perception of flavours. I disagree with another reviewer who complains about this book just being ingredients-in-a-glass. There are quite clearly recipes in this book which involve preparation and thought. The book is compact, useful and likely to provide a base for other ideas, as well as the tasty recipes provided. I've written more about the book on my own website.
