I recently read this book and tried some of the recipes. I love the idea of eating better but find it hard to do. This book really helps - she writes like she is talking to me in the kitchen. The information makes good practical sense, and the instructions are easy to follow. Best yet the food is delicious. Try it yourself.
I love this cookbook. It is one of the best wholefood coobooks available. Three quarter of the recipes are vegatarian or vegan, and the rest has meat/fish/chicken. There is a section on what to stock in your pantry, how to make some staples, how to cook certain ingredients and why some ingredients are good or not good for you. All the recipes are tasty and use wholesome ingredients. I have learned so much from this book. One of the tips I learned from the book is to use concentrated apple juice as a sweetener in some sweet and savoury recipes (you can buy the concentrated apple juice here on amazon). Highly recommended.
