I bought this as I am trying to lose weight and eat more healthy and this book is fantastic. Its the perfect size for the handbag so I carry it with me every day and its so easy to keep track of what I am eating that way. It has the nice layout keeping all the sections nice and clear and the bit at the bottom is great for the odd exercise. If you are more into exercise than anything else you may need an additional book as this only has a small section but for me thats more than enough. I would highly recommend this book to everyone.
Very nicely put together with all your essential recording needs! Cute and motivational design that makes you feel excited to write in it without the usual tedious activity of recording food and exercise. I can't wait to start using this! There is a measurement page at the begin and on days 30, 60 and 90. Pages 1-90 have usual layout and there is a note page at the back for you to record your experience. This seems like a fun way to motivate yourself to become a fitter and better you
