Got the Kindle edition of this book today and have the paper back on pre-order. Looking forward to the paper edition even more now. This book is exactly what the title states. How to plan, shop, prep, cook and store your food for a few days and/or put some in the freezer. Lots of recipes for Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners and Snacks, measurement and temperature coversions and a very good Index which states if the meals are gluten free, nut free and oil free. I have other books by J.L. Fields and these recipes are not copied from these books and there is a mix of stove top recipes which can also be cooked in a slow cooker and some in the Instant Pot.
