If you buy one self-help book...

I have read a lot of self-help books, and this is easily one of the best. In fact, I would go as far as to say that this book changed my life. Susan Anderson really understands what it means to have lived for years with chronic anxiety and depression. She offers well thought out, scientifically proven techniques to help overcome a range of emotional and self-sabotage issues. By following the exercises in this book, I have seen more progress in the first two weeks than I have in the past twenty years... it's like Susan has flicked a switch and all of a sudden I have the ability to do things that I previously thought were impossible for me. Obviously I still have a way to go, but with this book as my guide I am confident that I'll get there.
