Draws very much on current thinking about where strength comes from in the golf swing. You might like to check out the work of Alison Thietje at Mind-2-Motion as well as they go together as an approach to developing more power and stamina.

This was ordered as a christmas gift it did take a long time to arrive but did manage to get here before christmas.
Amazon were very good in keeping me updated.
