Tony Limarzi is a dedicated supporter of the Azzurri and this book, although not the biggest on the market, is one of the most heart-felt of World Cup souvenirs. It is tiny in comparison, say, to Harry Harris World Cup 2006 Diary, but it is a great read. Tony is an Italian-American ` tv and radio announcer` for D.C. United and his passion for the team is infectious. He starts by giving us a run-down on his family members. Each game is then reported on and then he tells us how HE experienced the game, and as anyone who witnessed Italy`s amazing triumph will testify, it was one hell of a roller-coaster ride! I am a big fan of the Azzurri and I would recommend this to all tifosi, Tony describes perfectly the sense of almost child-like wonder as Italy won the trophy for the fourth time, there is even a nice little anecdote regarding the captain of the champions, Fabio Cannavaro. Forza Italia indeed.
