It is generally good self help book for those who are initially finding out how to relieve anxiety created negative thoughts. However it is not as informative as Francine Shapiro's books She is the founder of EMDR therapy and explains in detail the purposes behind the tapping. There is more direction in her information. This book is very 'first steps' and could be useful to those who need first steps.

Rather weighted on the spiritual side which can seem a bit airy fairy and off putting to some health care professionals, however, the bilateral stimulation method given were good.
