I have been using this cookbook since September of 1997. Every recipe I have tried has been delicious. All ingredients are easy to come by in my local health food store. Try the lemon date squares. They are out of this world.
This is one of many books in my vegan library. I find the recipes very simple to follow. The ingredients are common and easy to find. The meal prepartion is fast and simple, and the end result is delicious!
